Lilee’s journey into yoga began over 25 years ago as a personal quest for mind and body connection, and over the years, it has transformed into a deeply fulfilling mission to guide others toward peace, self-acceptance, and emotional recovery.

She came to yoga at a time when she didn’t realize she needed it the most. The impact it would serve in her life has proven invaluable. Like many, she struggled with recognizing past traumas and felt disconnected from her body and mind. Yoga became a refuge, offering not just physical relief, but a path to emotional clarity and inner strength. Through mindfulness, movement, and breathwork, she began to unravel the layers of pain that had built up over time and found a deep sense of peace.

She understands firsthand the challenges that come with healing, and serves a mission to support others as they navigate their own journey toward wholeness.
